If an item becomes unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible and suggest suitable alternatives.

If you prefer not to proceed with an alternative, we can arrange a full refund, if money has already reached our account. 

If you’ve found the same product at a lower price, please share the details with us.

We will check with our suppliers to see if it’s an exact match, ensuring it is a like-for-like comparison (including warranty and included components), as often we find it isn’t the case.
